Boltless shelving components can replace damaged parts, extend a compatible system, or support a custom layout. This collection includes angle posts, T-posts, single-rivet beams, double-rivet beams, center supports, and foot plates used in different areas of a shelving structure.
What Each Component Does
- Angle posts form the outside corners and ends of a shelving row
- T-posts serve adjoining bays in compatible Add-On configurations
- Single-rivet beams provide a lower-profile support where clear opening matters
- Double-rivet beams add rigidity and support at shelf perimeters
- Center supports reinforce decking front to back on applicable configurations
- Foot plates provide an anchoring point when specified for the installation
Do Not Match Parts by Length Alone
Boltless components from different systems are not automatically interchangeable. Match the manufacturer and series when known, along with post dimensions, keyhole spacing, beam length, shelf depth, rivet pattern, beam profile, gauge, finish, and rated load. Similar-looking components may connect differently or provide different capacities.
Starter and Add-On Components
A Starter bay normally uses four corner angle posts. A compatible Add-On bay uses two intermediate T-posts and attaches to the row; it is not a freestanding section. When building complete units from parts, use the component schedule and load information for the exact system rather than substituting pieces based on appearance.
Measure and identify a replacement part
- Record the manufacturer, series and any stamped part number. Photograph the whole bay and the connection close up.
- Measure the existing component and the shelf width and depth. For beams, include the end connectors in your photos so the measurement can be checked against the matching product.
- Compare the post profile, hole spacing and rivet arrangement. Confirm the required quantity and the selling unit shown on the selected product before ordering.
Find a part by SKU
Search the exact part number when it is available. For example, ABS42 identifies the listed 42-inch double-rivet angle beam. Open the product and select the required size to check the corresponding SKU; a matching length alone does not confirm compatibility.
