We use parcel carriers for smaller shipments and less-than-truckload (LTL) or truckload freight for larger and heavier orders. The method depends on product dimensions, total weight, quantity and destination. Freight deliveries may require a loading dock, forklift or liftgate service; tell us about your delivery location when requesting a quote.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date after you receive an approved Returned Goods Agreement. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and shipped prepaid. Returns are inspected before credit is issued, and restocking fees may apply. Custom, made-to-order and certain clearance products may not be returnable; contact us before shipping anything back.
