Our teardrop pallet rack beams are all ‘rolled formed’ and contain 1 5/8 inch steps to allow for supports for the decking, which are precisely the measurements of a typical 2” x 4”. This makes supporting the decking convenient and easy. With a shelf capacity of up to 8,470 pounds, you can customize your unit to fit your needs. Simply slide the beams into the teardrop cutouts on frames and firmly lock into place, making installation and modification quick and efficient. Beams are twice powder coated and oven baked with an attractive and highly visible orange color. Constructed with industrial grade components and then rigorously tested, you can be sure each system will handle the weight of your pallets.
