Website Analytics Hub Privacy Notice
Updated September 30, 2026. This notice describes Google account data used by Website Analytics Hub, the company reporting and website-management application used by Jorgenson Companies. It supplements the BuyMetalShelving.com store privacy policy; it describes the reporting application rather than customer checkout.
Google data accessed
When an authorized user connects a Google account, the application receives OAuth authorization tokens and accesses the resources that account can access within the granted permissions. Google Ads data includes account and campaign identifiers, campaign settings, keywords, ads, advertising cost, clicks, impressions, conversion counts, and conversion values. Google Analytics data includes website-property identifiers, traffic and acquisition metrics, events, purchases, and revenue. Search Console data includes verified website properties and search-performance metrics. Google Business Profile permissions permit access to authorized business accounts and profile information. The application does not request Gmail mailbox access.
Purpose and management actions
Data is used to produce company reports, compare advertising cost with leads and sales, evaluate search performance, and support authorized website and advertising management. Google Ads permissions also permit account and campaign changes when a company administrator authorizes them. Connecting an account is not an authorization for unrelated business actions.
Storage and access
OAuth credentials are stored in company-controlled local runtime configuration so the application can refresh access without repeatedly requesting login. Reports and exported performance data may be retained in company-controlled files and reporting systems. Company personnel with access to those systems can access the corresponding reports. Google data is requested through Google's HTTPS APIs. Tokens are not included in published reports.
Sharing
The application uses Google services to obtain the authorized data and company reporting tools to prepare reports. Reports may be provided to company personnel and recipients specifically authorized by the company. This application does not sell Google account data. Its purpose is company reporting and management, not providing Google account data to advertising-data brokers.
Retention, revocation, and deletion requests
Credentials remain available while the company maintains the connection; report and export retention depends on the company system holding the information and the reporting purpose. A user can revoke the connection from Google Account third-party connections. Revocation prevents future authorized API access but does not automatically erase reports already generated. Contact the administrator to request disconnection, deletion of locally stored credentials, or review and deletion of retained application data.
