We Buy Used Pallet Racking & Sell Used Pallet Racking – Here Is How It Works!

So, your company is moving due to expansion or downsizing–or worse off, your company has gone under.  (Let’s hope that since you are reading this, your situations is NOT the latter!)

Either way, that warehouse or distribution center has some pallet racking or shelving that could be sold–and here is where you can sell it…

RIGHT HERE.  Yep.  Not only do we sell used pallet racking, shelving and other material handling necessitates–We are also the guys who will give you top dollar for it!

Used pallet racking and other material handling shelving is sometimes hard to come by.  For that reason alone our reps are constantly looking across the western U.S. for warehouses that are closing or moving so they can swoop in and buy it.  Admittedly there are times when the supply of good, quality used pallet racking goes through dry spells–take this past month for instance.  No one had any for sale here in the Four Corners region.  Not one beam, not one upright.

…yet today, Lance Jorgenson took the BuyMetalShelving.com crew along to show them one of several jobs that came in with in the past few days.  In total last week, we purchased several semi truckloads of quality racking that broke the recent dry spell.  Yep.  It’s either feast or famine when it comes to used pallet racking!

The stuff you see here is from a company called Probar.  Probar® creates delicious, convenient, healthy, plant-based food products and has a distribution center here in Salt Lake City, UT.  They strive to become the leading provider of real food choices and is always maintaining their commitment to quality, sustainability and fantastic taste.  Well with that successful mission, they are growing and recently they grew right out of their old warehouse which was being disassembled.

So they called us up to sell some of their used pallet racking–we happily obliged.

As you can tell, these beams and uprights certainly fit in the quality used pallet racking category.  Lance takes a quick count of how many of what measurements, then makes a quick visual inspection to ensure there is no glaring damage to any of the beams and uprights.

Once he tallies everything, he calls the crews (who in this case had to have it all out of there the very same day) and they come load it up and take it back to our warehouse where each beam, each upright and each inch are carefully  inspected to ensure nothing has major damage that would compromise the integrity of the piece.

Then we go and either cut you a check, or we take the credit to be used towards your brand new pallet racking.  It is seriously that easy.  🙂
